Enjoy your stay with our homely accommodation, which will be built with careful consideration for our surroundings and the environment. We’re creating an oasis of comfort and calm that makes time stand still, contrasting the natural tones and soft touch of our interiors, with warm wood and rough Valentia slate textures.
Accommodation at Skelligs Retreat is based in The Old House, a sensitive project that takes inspiration from the original farmhouse built in 1842. The Old House will be built in line with our sustainability goals, using salvaged and repurposed materials where possible, including treasured items that reference our history.
Enjoy the benefits of clean sea air, free from noise pollution. Negative ions from the Atlantic Ocean can help improve your overall wellbeing and promote a restful nights sleep.
A PLACE TO REST
We’re building six en-suite bedrooms, each with a memorable view of the Skelligs and Atlantic Ocean. Have the place to yourself in luxury, or bunker down with up to 20 guests in a single party.
All of the generously-sized rooms are designed to a high standard, drawing inspiration from the original buildings that once stood on this breathtaking landscape.
Relax at the end of your day in our modern facilities, which include all the extras you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including towels, robes, slippers and hairdryer.
